Wholesale orders Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability, regulatory clearance for your destination, and acceptance of MOQ and lead-time terms. Orders are confirmed only when 7DAYSVAPE has issued a written sales confirmation. Prices exclude duties, taxes, and freight unless explicitly stated as DDP.
Payment Standard payment terms are 100% T/T in advance for first-time buyers; alternative terms (deposit + balance, L/C, escrow) may be agreed in writing for established accounts. All payments are in USD unless otherwise stated. Bank charges are paid by the sender.
Shipping and risk Shipping terms (FOB, EXW, DAP, DDP) are stated on each sales confirmation per Incoterms 2020. Title and risk pass at the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. Estimated lead times are commercial estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force-majeure events.
Compliance and import You are solely responsible for verifying that the products you order may be lawfully imported, sold, and resold in your destination market — including registration and labelling requirements (e.g. TPD, MHRA, TGA, FDA PMTA, ESMA, SFDA). 7DAYSVAPE will provide reasonable supporting documentation on request but does not act as an importer of record.
Returns and warranty Defective units within 1% of order quantity are covered by our standard wholesale warranty for 30 days from delivery; please retain photo or video evidence and the original carton for any claim. Returns require a written RMA number from our team. Used or opened devices are not returnable.
Intellectual property All site content (text, images, logos, schema, code) is the property of 7DAYSVAPE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not scrape, republish, or use it for AI training without written permission.
Acceptable use You agree not to use the site to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, misrepresent your business, or facilitate sale to underage consumers. We may suspend access for any of these.
